First, go to Ostrava, a former industrial capital of Morava.
Second, go to Stodolni, a street in the city centre of Ostrava - possibly, on Friday or Saturday night (I recommend - after 10 P.M.)
Do not forget that there are approx. 150 pubs, bars and discos in Stodolni, so try not to drink more than just one cocktail or beer in one place. Otherwise, you'll be sorely disappointed to wake up at 6 A.M. on a railway track, having no idea where you are :). (Source: TripAdvisor)
